Welcome to the Butte County Training Officers Association website. BCTOA is a subsidiary of the Butte County Fire Chiefs Association and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to develop and provide quality fire training and educational programs at a reasonable cost.
Membership includes training officers from fire departments throughout Butte County.
